The control system for this site automatically controlled the groundwater remediation processes: extraction, purification, and reinjection.
The process was unmanned and any alarms produced an automatic call-out to a list of specified telephone numbers. On site, operators used the Total Control Quickpanel
touchscreen HMI to modify parameters and monitor system performance. The remediation prepared this property adjacent to the new Gateway Center in downtown Salt Lake City, for redevelopment. |
