CMS Viron contracted AD&S to provide all PLC and SCADA for this state-of-the-art facility.

SCADA
Operators were given easy to read Wonderware screens to tune parameters and monitor all systems.
The redundant controls for this facility are reliable and the software user-friendly. Redundant PLCs and redundant Servers were designed into the system to provide redundant control on all fronts. All system tuning, alarming, and data acquisition is performed on clear, easy to understand screens constructed in the Wonderware SCADA package. Two redundant Modicon Quantum PLCs were installed for reliability.
