The MTF Retrofit has been undertaken
due to premature obsolescence of the original control hardware. Recognizing the need to keep with the latest
technological advances in hardware and software, the U.S. Army contracted AD&S to design,
engineer, and install a state-of-the-art redundant PLC and SCADA system.
